Project Overview
The Upper Kirby Redevelopment Authority (UKRA) proposes to reconstruct West Alabama Street from Buffalo Speedway to Shepherd Drive within the Upper Kirby District in Houston, Texas. Corridor improvements will include reconstruction of the roadway, improved pedestrian and bicycle facilities, and drainage and public utility upgrades. There are three proposed design alternatives that are being considered and presented in the public survey. Survey will be available Aug. 17, 2021 in the Documents Library.
